Buildings

All Protoss structures are now mechanical, so that they may be refabricated by Probes / repaired by SCV’S.

Assimilator –
Hit points lowered to 250, down from 450.
Shield points lowered to 250, down from 450.

Cybernetics Core --
Warp Gate research cost raised to 100 minerals / 100 gas, up from 50 minerals / 50 gas.
Warp Gate research time lowered to 130 seconds, down from 140.

Dark Shrine –
Removed from the game.

Gateway --
Sentry build time lowered to 37 seconds, down from 42.
Stalker build time lowered to 37 seconds, down from 42.
Zealot build time lowered to 33 seconds, down from 38.

Nexus --
Hit points lowered to 750, down from 1000.
Shield points lowered to 750, down from 1000.

Robotics Bay --
Extended Thermal Lance research time lowered to 130 seconds, down from 140.

Robotics Facility –
Hitpoints increased to 600, up from 450.
Shield points increased to 600, up from 450.

Stargate --
Phoenix build time increased to 40 seconds, up from 35.

Templar Archives --
Build time increased to 60 seconds from 50.
Khaydarin Amulet upgrade added back into the game.

Twilight Council --
Build time increased to 60 seconds from 50.
Charge research time lowered to 130 seconds, down from 140.

Warp Gate -
Warp cooldown of all Gateway units increased by 5 seconds.

Units:
Carrier --
Build time lowered to 100 seconds from 120.

Colossus --
Hit points increased to 230, from 200.
Shield points lowered to 120, from 150.
The unit now collides with Thors and Ultralisks, instead of moving through them.
Base attack range of thermal lance increased to 7, up from 6.
Extended Thermal Lance upgrade bonus attack range lowered to 1, down from 3.

Dark Templar -
Now only requires a Templar Archives alongside the High Templar, instead of a Dark Shrine.
Hit points raised to 80, from 40.
Shield points lowered to 40, from 80.
Archon Merge lowered to 10 seconds, from 12.

High Templar --
Hit points raised to 50, from 40
Shield points lowered to 30, from 40.
Archon Merge lowered to 10 seconds, from 12.

Interceptor --
Hit points raised to 50, from 40.
Shield points lowered to 30, from 40.

Mothership --
Hit points raised to 450, from 350.
Shield points lowered to 250, from 350.
Build time lowered to 140 from 160.

Probe --
Hit points raised to 25, from 20.
Shield points lowered to 15, from 20.
New ability named Refabricate: This ability is a replica of the SCV repair ability.
Refabricate rate lowered from various amounts to a set 4 hitpoints a second.

Sentry --
Hit points raised to 50, from 40.
Shield points lowered to 30, from 40.
Force Field duration lowered to 12 seconds from 15.
Hallucinated units only take 50% increased damage, instead of 100%.
Guardian shield area of effect bubble increased to range 5, up from 4.
Guardian shield now also reduces the incoming ranged damage of friendly and allied structures, instead of only just units.

Void Ray --
Hit points raised to 160, from 150.
Shield points lowered to 90, from 100.
Prismatic Beam attack level 1 damage changed to 6 (+2 armored), from 6 (+4 armored).
Prismatic Beam attack level 2 damage changed to 7 (+4 armored), from 6 (+4 armored).
Prismatic Beam attack level 3 damage changed to 8 (+6 armored), from 8 (+8 armored).

Warp Prism --
Hit points lowered to 90, from 100.
Shield points raised to 50, from 40.

TERRAN:::

Buildings:
Barracks --
Stimpack research time lowered to 140 seconds, down from 170.
Concussive Shells research time raised to 80, up from 60.
Concussive Shells research cost raised to 100 minerals / 100 gas, up from 50 minerals / 50 gas.

Bunker --
Salvage ability duration has been raised to 10 seconds, up from 5.

Factory --
Siege Tech research time raised to 100 seconds, up from 80.

Missile Turret –
Build time raised to 30 seconds, up from 25.

Orbital Command --
Mule ability now has a cooldown of 45 seconds.
Supply drop ability has been removed.

Planetary Fortress --
Ibiks cannon area of effect attack now also damages units belonging to the user and allies, instead of only the enemy's.

Reactor Addon --
Build time lowered to 40 seconds, down from 50.

Sensor Tower --
Hitpoints increased to 300, up from 200.

Starport --
Build time increased to 60 seconds, up from 50.
Corvid Reactor research time lowered to 80 seconds, down from 110.
Cloaking Field research time raised to 120 seconds, up from 110.
Cloaking Field research cost lowered to 150 minerals / 150 gas, down from 200 minerals / 200 gas.

Tech Lab Addon --
Build time increased to 30 seconds, up from 25.
Resource cost increased to 50 minerals / 50 gas, up from 50 minerals / 25 gas.

Units:
Banshee --
Damage lowered to 10x2 from 12x2.

Battlecruiser --
Build time increased to 100 seconds, up from 90.

Ghost --
EMP Round ability now only removes 50 shields, down from 100.

Hellion --
Weapon range lowered to 4, down from 5.

Marauder --
Concussive Shells slowing effect duration increased to 2 seconds, up from 1.5.
Stimpack health cost raised to 32, up from 20.
Stimpack firing and movement rate bonus effect lowered to 30% from 50%.

Marine --
Attack Backswing lowered to 0.6, down from 0.75
Attack Damage Point raised to 0.1670, up from 0.05
Stimpack health cost raised to 12, up from 10.
Stimpack firing and movement rate bonus effect lowered to 30% from 50%.

Medivac --
Healing rate has been lowered to 6 hitpoints a second, down from 9.

Mule --
Repair rate lowered from various amounts to a set 4 hitpoints a second.

Raven --
Seeker Missile energy cost lowered to 100, down from 125.

Scv --
Repair rate lowered from various amounts to set 4 hitpoints a second.

Siege Tank --
Siege Mode minimum firing range increased to 6 from 2.

Thor --
May now completely walk over Zerglings and Banelings belonging to the user and allies.
Now collides with the Colossus.

Buildings:
Hydralisk Den --
Grooved Spines research time increased to 100 seconds, up from 80.

Lair --
Pneumatized Carapace upgrade research time increased to 100 seconds, up from 60.
Ventral Sacs upgrade research time lowered to 120 seconds, down from 130.

Hive --
Pneumatized Carapace upgrade research time increased to 100 seconds, up from 60.
Ventral Sacs upgrade research time lowered to 120 seconds, down from 130.

Nydus Worm –
Hit points raised to 300, up from 200.

Spine Crawler –
Build time lowered to 45 seconds, down from 50.
Root duration lowered to 10 seconds, down from 12.

Spore Crawler --
Root duration lowered to 10 seconds, down from 12.

Units:
Baneling --
Unit is now Light and Biological, instead of just Biological
Centrifugal Hooks upgrade bonus movement speed increased to 0.5, up from 0.4531

Infested Terran -
Movement speed increased to 1.5 from 0.9375

Infestor --
Fungal growth ability area of effect attack now also damages units belonging to the user and allies, instead of only the enemy's.

Overlord --
Pneumatized Carapace upgrade bonus movement speed lowered to raised to 1.6313, up from 1.4062

Overseer --
Base movement speed raised to 2, up from 1.875.
Pneumatized Carapace upgrade bonus movement speed lowered to 0.75, down from 0.875

Queen --
Starting energy increased to 50 from 25.

Ultralisk --
May now completely walk over Zerglings and Banelings belonging to the user and allies.
Now collides with the Colossus.

Zergling --
Metabolic boost upgrade bonus speed lowered to 4.4, down from 4.6991.
